Please use this page to register as a sponsor and submit payment online.

Exhibitors, based on your feedback from the 2020 Georgia Mathematics Conference, the GMC redesigned the exhibitor experience for 2021.

Platform for virtual conference: Hopin

A few highlights of Hopin:

• On the Homepage, we can advertise all of our sponsors.
• On the People tab, you can see who is attending, send messages, and invite to a video call.
• Devoted Expo area for sponsors.
• • You can have pre-recorded demos posted or you can schedule your own demos throughout the event and share information about those demos with all attendees.
  • Each booth has a “fall back” mode that reverts to your pre-recorded content if you need to step away.
  • We can include a “register interest” button in your booth. This will generate a list that we can send each sponsor after the event.
  • Each booth has its own chat.
  • We envision the booths being in session on Friday and Saturday of the conference.

Cost structure:

• $500 for a booth + 1 guaranteed synchronous session
• $1250 for a booth + 1 guaranteed synchronous session + sponsor a featured session (showing video at beginning of the session)
• $2000 for a booth + 1 guaranteed synchronous session + sponsor a keynote session (showing video at beginning of the session)

• Friday Sessions (October 15, 2021) - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. [synchronous and featured sessions; asynchronous available]
• Friday evening: (October 15, 2021) - 6:00 p.m. with Dr. Trena Wilkerson, GCTM business meeting, and trivia
• Saturday Sessions (October 16, 2021) - 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. [synchronous and featured sessions; asynchronous available] Closing keynote with Dr. Bernard Frost - 11:30 a.m.
